Chelsea Smith was reported missing by her family on May 14, 2013. Chelsea has not been seen or heard from since May 11, 2013. She was last seen in the area of Dam Site Road and Donnie Stevens Road in the Judsonia area. Phillip Walls (D.O.B. 04/19/1971) lives at 111 Fire Tower Road in Bald Knob and drives a white Chevrolet extended cab Z71 truck (Ark. LP# 287RPI). He is a suspect in stealing copper ground wire from utility poles by using wrench with a rope tied to it that he would throw over the lines. If you see this vehicle or person, use your discretion for contact and look for these items or copper that appeared to have been taken from utility poles
