Phillip Walls (D.O.B. 04/19/1971) lives at 111 Fire Tower Road in Bald Knob and drives a white Chevrolet extended cab Z71 truck (Ark. LP# 287RPI). He is a suspect in stealing copper ground wire from utility poles by using wrench with a rope tied to it that he would throw over the lines. If you see this vehicle or person, use your discretion for contact and look for these items or copper that appeared to have been taken from utility poles |
